Title: Splash cash and dash.
Post by: richard jagger on February 04, 2013, 07:24:13 pm
Is there anyone out there that does not apply heading to there business and I do mean it in a positive way. The system applied seems to me to be what most do.Is it safety in numbers. The volume market do as many a day as you can. At lower affordable pricing.
Or do you offer a high finish, less customer per day, premier service With higher prices.
If you choose one, do you think your area dictates your chose or was it your chose to operate this way.

Thanks for taking the trouble to answer. :)

Said it before its all about the quality and not quantity of your work, i charge top dollar do a good job and never clean more than 10 houses a day and earn as much as i need.

I do the same high standard of work on all jobs, except those who pay extra for their doors and garage doors which take longer thus costing more...

when you go over £10 per house in the areas i work they see you as a chancer .my prices reflect this all work very compact. i do 25 - 40 houses a day depending on weather.start at 8am always back in house by 3pm.Like to think i clean every house as if its my own.Had 5 complaints in total last year.Competetive compact work all the way for me,always easier to replace when you loose 1 due to customer moving, looseing job etc.

I am at this moment offer only a premier service but thinking of offering a splash and dash to cash in on the cheap skates in all areas. But am concerned about loosing my reputation by double standards.
