Post by: beefy on February 14, 2006, 12:25:39 am
hi everyone. i just got back from scotland and had crack with w/c up there who says they dont need to use the ro set up as their water is nearly pure [10 ppm ] he just had a small resin purefier which he said gave him 6000lts per bag of resin. does that sound genuine or was he just having me over as a numb sassenach

if the water is that soft there then the answer is yes
using a di vessel the resin should last a long time

More to the point. How quickly do you get through resin?

I would really appreciate Knowing how you guys in hard water areas actually manage on a day to day basis

Some of the units have titchy little DI tanks that must need changing every few days. Or am I missing something?
