Hi guys,
I signed a contract with estate agents to do end of tenancy cleaning. They work on 10% commission and asked me to send an invoice for every work undergone with break down. How do I put commission on invoice? Can anyone send me a copy of such an invoice to my email address, please?? info@amdomestic.co.uk.

Invoice your total, they will deduct 10% as their commision. When logging the payment show a 10% discount.

I had one do that to me but they never mentioned it until I only got 90% of my invoice and they sent me an invoice for the other 10%. I rang them and they said thats the way it was and to p1zz off if I did'nt like it - so I did. They have since come back to me with jobs but they don't take their 10% anymore for some reason. I also bet they charge the landlord 10% as well as you.

Make sure you add their 10% onto your price. that way you dont loose out ;)
