Would fan jets make it any easyer,The pencil jets struggled to wash some of the moss away..Any ideas please..

The Fan jets do come out faster and fill the brush more, but theres not much major difference,i did a clean today on a new job the windows have`nt been cleaned since the house was built about 18 months ago and i used a brush with fan jets and it came up great,i use both fan and pencil jets in my brushes and i probably would say fan are slightly better on dirtyer jobs but pencil rinse better,Gaz

A usefull tip for cleaning cons roofs.

Use the Vikan round faced harder bristle brush with your hose connected to the customers tap (if there is one) to soak and then scrub the muck/moss etc off then pop the usual brush on for e very quick once over using pure water.. quick rinse down and there ya go  :)  SQUEAKY CLEAN  :) and with a finish only pure water will give.

Cheers

Andrew.

I like that.  "Pop the usual brush on".  I spent half an hour yesterday out in the cold, swapping brush heads on a pole, trying to get the water tube off one Y piece and onto the other!  Sorry about that.

put the Y pipe in a cup of boiling hot water for 20 seconds.

Now try it.

Easy.
