Does any one have a training manual that they use for new staff with no experience and how long do the factor in till there up too speed?

I was thinking this but iv not even been on one and not sure if they will be cleaning exacley how i want to clean, also not that regular.

Also want to train ladders, trad ect ect

bwca is worth sending them on ronnie i did them give u a good platform to start from but it bit of an expense as it not local course cost hotel travelling etc etc

The FWC's working at height day is literally a life saver. I would send any new employee on that or a similar course.
