Cheers mate, do you know what 'pulse output' is needed as it has options 'no pulse or 1 pulse/10 litre' ? Also i take it i'll need some flexi fittings or something to connect to tap?
-
No worries.
Pulse-no idea, but I haven't got it.
I connected it up, didn't turn the water on, took a picture of it with a time/date stamp (electronically on iPhone) showing it at 0.
Then take a picture once a month on the same date showing water usage.
I assume you're metering to lower your water bill. This will leave a trail of proof to the water company. Had mine fitted for 6 monthsish but not got the rebate yet.
-
Ok cool i'll go for no pulse then. I'd like to put my water bill into my tax returns, well this was my first thought, do you mean a rebate from the water board?
-
Make sure you protect it from frost as in my experience they are prone to damage.
-
Yeah. It's not a rebate as such.
It's a credit to my account cause even though I pay direct debit-I don't actually pay as I use.
Bills are generated every 6 months and they estimate a lot.
Still-got £100 credited for a £30 pump so can't be bad
