Title: ( Windows) Any Ideas why my cursa is jumping.

I can hardly write as my laptop cursor is jumping and not staying were it was last  Any ideas
 P/S
Thought I will put windows in to keep Tosh happy.

Static, it happens to me, took me 6 months to work it out, still happens on my acer laptop

There you are. So the solution is, stop rubbing one off.
