does anybody have any formats for reminders cards that i could have alook at.

Morning Neil

The Joe Polish / Robert Saunders format, which is nothing new, incidentally, is to keep your clients warm, with regular Newsletters, which could be monthly , 3 monthly or whatever. Your decision.

The idea works in other industries and will work for you, provided that it's;-

regular
personal
interesting
contains an incentive
and, of course.......you did a good job
