You would be better fitting it near the back doors and lower to the floor i would`nt cut a hole in my van roof  :-\

I had mine fitted by the back door when I first fitted mine, but with the doors open you still get quite a bit of condensation in the back of the van. I now have a roof vent and it's much better. If I sell the van, I will just leave the roof vent on the van, it's not really going to affect the saleability of it.

We all think we sound funny when we hear our own voices.  What's that accent?  Middlesbrough?

Kent, you ever thought of just fitting an immersion heater?  If you can run an electrical cable to your van, which obviously you can, it's class.  No fuss, no messing, just plug it in, make sure the timer is set and you've hot water in the morning.  And not only that, the tank acts like a radiator so nothing is frozen too.

I love it; it's just so simple.

I M O   immersion heater are not hot water window cleaning, but for the purpose of having soft hoses. As the day goes on the water   cools and has very little effect on the cleaning. This I have found by using both systems over the last 2 years.Any body agree or  what have you found.
