Title: Best way to clean rubber strip flooring

I have ben asked to clean rubber ? flooring which runs along the floor in front of the counters in banks.

What is the best way to clean this,

Will I need some kind of scrubber/dryer machine ?

any help appreciated

use a mild alkaline floor stripper scrub with floor scrubber and then extract with a wet vac, is the surface sealed at the moment or not and do they want it sealing after, give me a ring if you want
