Which country is it manufactured in?
I think they run with a pilot light on all the time - could be wrong.

butane is pointless if you are buying it to run in freezing weather (it freezes) you need propane and the appropriate propane regulator.

The Chinies one heat exchanger is so thing you could rap you sanies in it. I have had a go and fixing 2 I have but they are not made to last. The chaps who have bought will soon find out they do not last.If you get through this winter do are doing well. Some one here said yesterday that Lee Pryer bought 2 but believe they will find out his no expert. The are like a car fender shiny on the outside  and crap on the inside. They are a  total rip off.

Made in Japan for motor homes
Diaphragms go in them
Apparently spares are hard to come by
Look on most motor home
Forums  ;)
Hope this helps

Spares are hard to find cos the heater is no longer made , sorry Dean , i found out last night !

Thats why the bloke on ebay is doing the refurbs and buying up all the second hand units out there .
