Is it worth approachng these guys with an offer for stain protection??
If so, does anyone have a template for a leaflet/letter I could leave with them to mull over??

My nearest furniture shop do their own suites, and charge £105 for a 2+1+1, protector only!

Yes its worth approaching them, but realistically it takes years to build good relationship with them, some you never do. the idea is for them to view you as a cleaning consultant , someone they trust and value and recommend.

A lot of sub contract carpet fitters provide this service, and will give the shops a kick back. But if you do not ask you do not get.
I have a few shops that give me work but the jobs are very few and far between. You would probably find a better market with specialist rug retailers and another retailer who does give me stainguarding work sells a lot of coir and seagrass.
