Thinking of offering a leafletting and canvssing service where we get the customers and people bid for them.
Need to raise funds but will only be able to do Saturdays .
Want to see if viable for setting up something internet based as well
What are you opinions on this, i ran double glazing team many years ago, have leaflet guy can use , now window cleaning s did but struggling to get funds to build my own.
Want to see if any demand is there?

You mean your going to canvass a load of customers and get windys to bid on the work?

Commercial can be gold mine but would target seo commercial but only canvass and target residential.

If you want to come down to worcester one saturday and do some canvassing i will be happy to pay x2 for good leads :)

comercial hit and miss, they can change whenever for lower quoted clean, private people canvass place on ebay and sell double the amount of clean. this way you will sell quickly. sell at to higher a price no mug will buy. if you went out in my area which is too far 4 you and got £300 worth of customers i would pay you £600, but i would go to every address to comfirm them as a potential new client. its too easy to say you have £300 of work and actually only have £100 of work, do not trust anyone selling work unless you know its from a genuine window cleaner selling a round locally.
there is money to be made canvassing if you do it right you will always sell your canvassed work on here or ebay, once you are established you wll be able to travell and claim overnight b+b on top of your sale.

you will not get 12x clean id rather do it myself @ that price. dont get greedy.

looks like x2 clean is going rate.
Payment frequency is after 1st clean and after 2nd clean eliminates cancelations which hopefully will get calls so should be replaced.
Phones in will be payable x1 clean seems fair.

you may have over looked that people get more than one quote, if your selling leads sell them but don't try to be greedy, think of the window cleaner and you will not go far wrong IMO

Thanks for that I would offer any quotes for max 3window cleaners 2 quote or contact customer. Window cleaner can pay fee or pay per click @ 1/3 first clean it is then competive arena, ie customer can choose best Window Cleaner...
