They'll be owned by the same person/people/company.
Each restaurant is quite self sufficient.
One guy owns 4 or 5 this way.
He gets his cleaners to do windows too.
For 'in house' they do a really good job.
Same guy does the litter picking and window cleaning-nice guy (Grantham)

What you also find with these is the paperwork has to be filled in and signed off before and after each visit which can take twice as long as the actual job.

We got all three, £120 for 3 cleans and two at £90 for 3 Cleans.
The woman owns all three, she has been using a national after they came in cheap to the cleaning company she was using. The National was terrible all the work was subcontracted missed windows didn't turn up different window cleaners each time, the final straw was a van and three blokes turned up to do the job's after arranging to meet her on site as there were many issues, the guy apparently said if that so and so at so and so wants us to do this for that he can * off. She didn't get a chance to speak properly to him as he stormed off.

Most of them have their own little Karchers too for pressure washing. We do a few now and again when they get stuck for gum removal. They want them doing for next to nowt though.
