what size tank do you use we have a 500litre never enuf so waste time having to come bk unit to refill can cost an hour of time coming bk from further afield work, think i may go bigger system just bit of a pain coz have an ionic system in thru chassis etc
-
Get a Master or alike Rich. 1300kg should do you for a day
-
All my one man systems are 500 ltrs and most use all their water each day, i currently have 1 x 2 man system and its 1000ltr tank in a transit 350 mwb
-
i bought it second hand thinking it was 650 litre ive got an 800 litre facelift system well bare tank now which i may swap over with it just need to find the time to get it sorted just worried about going from thatcham approved to prob straps unless can sort a better frame

Fill those barrels you got and take em
With you
-
its more ballache doing the barrels than coming bk and refilling i think im gna change the tank and go for an upright so can use the van for other things too

I have a three man team. We have 500 litres of water plus a full backpack and 25 litre drum. We have only used it all once or twice in 6 months. I always ask the guys to check their flow! I also say if you run out you will have to do it trad... I can understand its going to be tight on the busier days but I feel we do a great job and have a good rep.
-
me and a few guys I known have two man teams and 400 covers it. Relys on the flow being rite not to fast doesn't need to be also no leaky joints
-
all depends on your technique tho i suppose how i have my lads doing it we do use a lot but i insist on whole window being cleaned even underneath the cill i dont see the point in missing anything out when we sell our service as a whole window clean this is how we win a lot of our work
-
600/650 ltr systems in all our vans, most fo the time we find if you manage it properly you will have enough for the day, however we generally have one guy who trad the bottoms/puts tickets through and collects money whilst the other is poling the tops.
Varistream is normally set on around 4-5
-
Get triggers on poles you will save loads of water
-
i used two pumps a 60psi and 100 psi and a 650 litre tank now im using 100 psi running two poles through a hot water system, no cointroller and 50 meters of microbore each hose, a great flow rate and a full day and i wont drain the tank
-
2 man set up 1000 ltrs - usually use around 700 ltrs
1 man 400 lts and that is just about enough

We manage most of the time to be fair with two lads on 500 ltr. normally enough for around two retirements homes or something that size...
If we get low we just trad ground floor...
