Title: Ionics Grafter polie complete clamp fittings
Post by: Dean Taberner on January 15, 2013, 08:04:44 pm
Hi,

Does anybody know where I can get the 3 parts to the clamp that fits the grafter pole?

Ionics would be the simpliest option but is there a website where I can order them online tonight?

Thanks in advance,

Dean. (15 days dry for Cancer research)

I had trouble with my grafter clamps as they broke and Ionics sent me out a new clamp ree of charge but then that broke so I gave my pole to another window cleaner as tose ckamps are crap and very cheaply made.

Yes the clamps are shocking,

Mine caught on a gutter and flew away in 3 different directions never to be seen again.

Ill ring them tomorrow and see what they say.

Thanks for that,

Dean.

Yeah they will send you out another clamp and a large tube of stuff to stick it on with but then again that too is as good as the clamps themselves.

Ionics phone number: 01793 574 936

I've got a grafter pole. Those clamps are a complete joke and I cannot understand why Ionics don't take note and do something about them.

Each time I've phoned Ionics they've send a replacement clamp and glue free of charge which is good after sales service but the frequency with which they break or come unstuck is the real problem.

I'm waiting for my grafter plus to get to a point of being too much of a pain and guess what make pole I'll be buying next.

It begins with the letter G.

They must be sick of people complaining about these clamps and the glue they use, they told
told me yesterday they knew they had some problems with the glue and had changed it.
It's shocking considering the price they charge.

I use Gardiner clx poles now and the clamps are very strong but will never buy ionics poles unless the clamps are of the same standard as the grafter was a good pole but the clamps let it down.
