Do you mean the end cap?
Drop me an email on alex@agardiner.co.uk with the date of pole purchase and if possible a photo and I will look into this for you.
Our end caps are glued on so would need cutting off to replace - http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/End_Caps.html

alex,
while your lurking about do you have a connection to get micro-bore straight on to a heavy duty outlet elbow
many thanks

Get yourself down local sports shop and get some squash balls . Chop the top off to fit on end of pole and cut a star shaped aparture to allow pole hose through .
That is what i have used on my poles for over 3 yrs now and they are far better than any standard end caps . Mike

If you are referring to the bent elbow coming out of the centre of a steel petal hose reel
(http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Hosereel_sectionsec.jpg)
Then you will need a brass screw to barb fitting - http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/brass-male-screw-thread-to-hose-barb-fittings.html
1/8" to 6mm barb
This screws into the inside of the elbow outlet.

Hi Johnny
To have lasted 2 years is pretty good for a humble end-cap. To replace you would need a size 6 end cap at £1.45 - http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/size-6-end-cap-for-cl-x-sl-x.html

just another quick tip, you are better off keeping the balls whole for playing squash ;)
