My work starts at 8:30 and I work until 3pm cleaning windows, sometimes a bit later depending on the time it takes to travel between jobs, I take half hour for lunch and I clean 4-6 houses an hour average price £8 per house, that’s £32 - £48 an hour, that’s £192 - £288 a day x 5 days that’s £960 - £1440 per week x 50 weeks per year that’s
£48,000 - £72000 a year Gross, but obviously you must generate the work to keep you going, I canvass for myself and am currently getting £50 - £75 worth of new residential business an hour if you would like to find out how E-mail me: warren@libertynewmedia.com and I will send you details about a publication you can get that tells you Exactly how to do this.
-
Why cant you post the price of your book on the forum
-

If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
My Opinon<
What Warren is stateing IS COMPLETELY TRUE!
IFF we REALY WANT to earn £1000 per week ANY of US can.
BUT we don't need a £52 book to tell us how we all know the tricks of the trade.
A lot of us have been in the trade a long time.
We need to do just as Steve Pavis has done:
Sit down and focus on all things we know about window cleaning, pros and cons, think about our strengths and weaknesses then work out a PLAN and STICK TO IT!!! FOCUS!!!
BUT......................Do WE REALY want to????????

4-6 houses an hour???...that's roughly a house every 12 minutes. Blimey I take 12 minutes just nattering with the customer and drinking the cup of tea!....Doh, this is why I don't earn £1500 per week!!!!!
-
ive only been a member on here a few weeks but 10 years ago i had three fulltime rounds going and i used to earn some weeks 2k but most weeks around £1500.00 pending on the weather then the inland revenue caught up with me now all i do is commercial work and declare the lot.but if you get the right estates you can do £250.00 a day £70.00 wages to your lad who does upstairs your left 180 smackers its not hard
-

-

Nope, I am earning a good wage and I can match what the topic is all about.
You dont need to buy a book to show you how do do it.
Price work up between £30 and £40 an hour. Get enough work and do it. Its not rocket sience.
Nel. :D ;)

I have deleted this post as my issues with Steve have now been resolved.

My Name is Steve Pavis
I was always taught that, there is always 2 sides to a story!
I have read this forum and the posts, over the last 4 days, (I joined a short while ago) Thanks to someone bringing this post to my attention.
I was Bewildered and Amazed that Mr Steve Kennedy has not rung us on 01347 810010 or faxed us on 01347 811010 with any reference to any outstanding amount!
All our numbers, contact details and address have been displayed on the forum.
So on Friday the 3rd of November 8.10am, I sent an email to this address stevekcleaning@hotmail.com
and have had no response as yet! Since then we have also tried to make contact with Mr Kennedy Direct.
Went to http://www.perfect-shine.co.uk/ this site is dead and not working, because of legal issues, I will not display this full home address that was listed with the url, but tried home address and full name and was unable to get a phone number from this information, We are willing to pay any monies owed, with paper work proof, instantly into his bank account. We would like to resolve any issues that Mr Steve Kennedy Has, can you just please make contact with us.
There are legal issues on this forum to consider, they hold the same precedence as the real world, as the owners of this forum will be well aware of that.
Ask yourself these questions:- how may people go to these lengths to PAY someone “not collect” PAY someone money?
We are unaware of any outstanding amount and we need paper work because in one posting it says £500 and in another posting it says £600?
Many Thanks to 3 other forum members for over the last full year, have posted comments Like:- NO TROUBLE WITH PAMENT and ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!
I have over 20 years personal experience in the window cleaning trade and at one point ran the largest independent window cleaning business in the UK, with over 50 employed staff +25 licensed operatives, my own advice is insure yourself against bad debt, this will cost around 1% of turnover and will pay you in full if you encounter bad debt.
I had to write off £55,000 of bad debt and had no insurance.
I am a peoples person and will go to extreme measures to settle any issues fairly. It is now 9.09am on Sunday morning 5th November 06.
Thank you for taking the time for reading this, Mr Kennedy can you just contact us ASAP. To resolve this matter.
PS
Our Publication is aimed at non-window cleaners. A newbie who will find the book very beneficial. We have a membership site for professional window cleaners.
