Title: Anyone use commision only Canvassers?

Have any of you ever use commision only canvassers?
I was thinking 50/50, they get the job and give them half of any job they bring to me!!
would this work................... ::)

I was paying 4 times(and offered more) that amount and you still couldn't get the guy out...

its been a long time since ive been out canvassing and think ive lost the nack :-\
but ive dumped a few dung customers from last year and have the space,,,,

you paid 4 times the price for canvassed work and wanted to pay more ?

Post by: Total shine cleaning services on January 08, 2013, 12:21:32 am: my son occasionally goes out for me on a 50-50 split, he pulled £57 off me in 4 hours just before Xmas , he's only 16 so he was over the moon, also have part time member of staff on the same deal, 50% of all canvassed work, and 25% of any jobs that come thru from a card or leaflet put thru the door.

Post by: roundbuilder on January 08, 2013, 12:05:52 pm: Commision only is the only way to go with having canvassers. I have tried many methods and find hourly rates are the worst as they just plod along like a snail. Put them on a price and they are all over it like a cat chasing a rat.

Sign me up please, Thats worth £4000 a week to me.
