I have been using George for 3 years now I have a long list of custys that I sold and dumped they a're Sat in the complete file how can I delete them also can I put my ni contributions as and expense

The only way to remove your dumped custys is to delete their history. unfortunately if you delete their history it changes the earnings and payments values too.  ;)

As for NI contributions, I don't think so.

I dont think you are allowed to delete them by law which is why George keeps a record.

HMRC would need to see those records in the event of an investigation.

This is true, I think you need to keep records for up to 6 years
