Hi i know the same newbies ask the same questions and i have searched the site and read previos post but can i please have some help on the following.
 - On stairs with carpet that is hessian backed i cudnt get the  dirt out used ashbys supreme prespotter and then cleaned with upholstery tool attached to my ninja with ashbys powder in it. Dont know what  am doing wrong.
 - With ashbys products do you keep to the dilution ratio or do you make your chemicals stronger.
 - Is there a nack to getting stains out of a carpet?
have already been on ashbys 3 day course do you reccomend i any others ncca, or the leather one?
 - Would anybody in Essex want a free helper for the day so i can learn from an expert many thanks.
Many thanks for any respknses will be very greatly received.

are these stains or dirt?  some stains can not be removed ie dyed the carpet, it just sounds like a trashed carpet to me dirt will allways come out with hwe, allways tell the custy sometimes not all marks come out before u start to clean, sometimes a carpet is just to far gone and abused , most good powered hwe chems will get lot marks out with good heat, the prob u can come up agaist with a trashed carpet is so many marks caused by so many diffrent spills  and u cant tell what each one is to start using 100 diff chems so just use strong chem and prespray like prochem doulbe clean/heat wave/power burst  and steam the hell outter it !!! and tell the custy its the best it can get
p.s u are turning the vacs on ? ;)

i just say the same as gary, for real dirty carpets, plenty of a good prespray brush in lots, loads of heat and pull the wand over slow.  ;D
