Title: what would you do?

i had a car accident this time last year,put me out of action for a few months,concentrated on the easier houses to get around,easy access,etc.due to this i neglected two good estates with more difficult access to rear of houses, gates closed,locked.now a few in the two have met me and asked why i wasnt around.should i go to all my customers i had and recanvass both estates,regular cleans they were every 5 weeks and good payment system

Without a shadow of a doubt id recanvas them. If you provided a good service and explain about your accident id imagine you would get most back on the books.

+1 - I think you'll be surprised how many you'll retain, especially under the circumstances.  Get knocking!
