Title: domestic cleaning jobs
Post by: jon777 on January 03, 2013, 05:50:40 pm
Hi all

Happy new year

We are looking to partner quality cleaning operators across the uk who can complete "Hot Water Extraction Cleaning" to a high standard.

The rates are based on at least £40 per hour plus vat if registered and the "pre qualifying" of the work is already done. (No hassle...just turn up and clean).
This is NOT "Groupon"..... its a very exciting opportunity to have work filling the gaps in your diary without you even doing anything......ideal with the quiet period nearly upon us.

Please email me if your are interested

Great idea Jon I enjoyed meeting you and am pleased to be part of the first wave!

It looks to me like it could develop into a worthwhile new and painlessly acquired stream of business for my operation - the joy of it is it is a simple idea which if executed simply will simply mean more business at reasonable cost in acquiring that extra business

I cant put it more simply than that! And yes I am a bit simple!

I met with Jon this morning.

Very nice guy, brilliant idea and well worth the drive to meet him.

If you want to know more you should drop him an email.

Its not a con, its a genuine opportunity.

Dan

I met with Jon this morning, so on that basis how much work do you possibly think I could have done?

Anyway its not my place to say any more than I have, its up to you to contact Jon (or not) to see if its of interest to you and unless you do there is no point bashing something you dont know about or fully understand.

All I said was it was worth the drive to meet with him and its not a con but a genuine opportunity, which after meeting him is my belief.

I've also spoken to Jon about this idea.

And surprise surprise I also think its a great idea.

Almost no cost to my business and if it can bing me even a little amount of work then thats a winner for me!!

Fran.

Wasn't aimed at you to be honest, jands posted something that has been removed, and I was just saying you shouldn't bash something you don't know about. But as mentioned above contact Jon and he can let you know what it's all about.

In answer to your original question though is no.

Not sure what £40 hours means? Is this using a porty or truck mount, does it mean that the guy works out how long a job he thinks will take, does he supply all Chemspec, and if I take twice as long to do the job do I get more money?

Hi all,

Thanks for all your comments. I am more than happy to send a bit more info to anyone who is interested but do not wish to fully elaborate on the forum as I do not wish to have the project picked apart unjustly.
I appreciate it may not be for everyone, but a lot of business are finding it of interest especially as there is only a microscopic potential cost involved and it adds an additional stream of jobs with no effort on the operators part.
Broadly speaking its a partnership..... we are looking for companies to complete work in their own areas of operation.... its genuine, new and kicking off in the next few weeks
Thanks
Jon

Hector - Just started to pick up again now - although Feb is usually pretty rubbish here so ho hum more fun ahead - Ive started visiting some favourite commercial customers who neva commit to annual visits and marketing my flat surface cleaning business for spring/summer - depending on how that goes may keep the van we use for this instead of trying to set up another carpet van

i bought a large no. of leaflets off those jetsystems guys:
