Title: how to fit a frame

Looking to fit a frame in my van around the tank. How hard is it to do as not got clue what it will involve
I Have a fiat scudo
 When doing this will I have to remove things from the van like exhaust and things

Put the holes in the frame where they wont be a problem fixing

A local garage fitted mine and all the said was to leave as little fuel in the fuel tank as possible as they needed to remove this from the van,I have a Vivaro and that's all tgey removed to gain access to the chassis
