Title: backpack pump help!!!

Just fitted a new pump to my backpack. the pump works but all that happens is that bubbles keep blowing in the backpack tank. theres no flow to the brush.
I've tried bleeding the air out of the tubes but its still happening.
Got two big jobs tomorrow, need backpack, any ideas, thanks guys.

the pump is the wrong way round. there is a tiny little arow on the front of it showing flow direction. you have to look hard. i made the same mistake

Brilliant way to reduce the amount of water you use a day though.  ;D
