Would you avoid this company if you seen this on duedil?

10 Nov 2012   Suspension of striking off letter   
10 Nov 2012   Voluntary Dissolution Suspended   
28 Aug 2012   First Dissolution (Gazette)   
16 Aug 2012   Voluntary Dissolution Requested   

I've not got a great deal of knowledge about this but it seems to me they're trying to put the company to bed. Got a job booked in with them Friday, I might tell them I want paying on completion.

Pro forma invoice. I'd play it safe and have a lie in Friday
