Title: aqua adapter..closed for xmas?

as anyone ordered any goods from aqua adapter over xmas,have been waiting since 22/12 for some pole hose so is it safe to say they are closed,tried phone email no joy....have a good new year everyone :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

I don't know how they have the nerve to close down for the Christmas holidays, don't they know that people want their goods delivered.  :o :o

i think they are brilliant.................but there is a slight problem with the weight

well i ordered a CLX 27 on the 1st so im hoping i get it tomorrow, do they add much more weight then?

Not much at all you only notice it if you have the pole at an extreme angle over a conservatory roof etc.
