When I started out I made a concious decision to advoid commercial work as had great fear of not getting paid as couldnt afford to loose money when 1st starting out.
Just printed off my latest info from George and now got a split of 84% residential and 16% commercial.
How does this compare to others ?
Targetting small shops from next week and pubs and small office blocks.
If I can get it up to 75% v 25% I will be happy. :)
