Mick what percentage time split do you do for window cleaning and pest control , what makes more money hour to hour and which did you do first?

Also you say the pest control market is saturated , has it always been this way or is this a recent thing?

Thanks

Matt

Pest control as far as i know, is quite easy to get into, thats why its a saturated market, but the business is out there if your one step ahead of the competition.

Cant really say what makes the most hourly, as windows are a regualr income, and pest is usually a one off, but done together, its a case off 2 income streams.

My windows are all 4 weekly but i only work 13 days in those 4 weeks cleaning windows. (tho all my work is priced well, i could easily live of this and have a very nice easy life). The other days i also do all my add ons which come from my cleaning website.
The pest work all comes from my pest web site, so its as and when. Theres no set amount of time i put into it.

In the summer  with wasps and insects, it can go mad.

The reason why i market windows, add ons and pest all seperately, is so i actually have 3 income streams, and it works well for me.

If you do consider getting into it, be prepared to spend a lot on marketing tho, cos you do have to be 1 step ahead!!
