Title: Working new years eve on resi?
Post by: PurefectWindowCleaning on December 30, 2012, 05:18:16 pm
We are back to work tomorrow providing the rain ain't to heavy. Had enough of getting pis*ed and eating mince pies now  ;D

Don't think I have ever worked new years eve, but can't see it being an issue like it would xmas eve. Whats you opinion on it?

Also, whats your views on working new years day? I am not on the vodka this year so might work Tuesday aswell?

Cheers

I'm not because I can't bring myself to say "resi"  ;D.
Just go for it, 'specially tomorrow, it's not a holiday.
Just explain to customers (not custards  >:(), why you are working, if they ask.

if you have to work new years day i wouldnt start any earlier than midday.  i'd be very annoyed getting woken up by my window cleaner.  most peoples vision is gonna be so blurry they cant see if theyre clean anyway!  i would just leave it and start on the 2nd jan.  give people the peace to just sit there in their dressing gown all day
