That one looks ok doesn't it? I will be ordering one soon and selling my trolley I think. I liked the look of the Daqua one too. As to dazmond, he buys just looks down the price list and buys the most expensive.  ;D

Looking carefully, it doesn't look as though it has a filter.

Oh that's ok then. It doesn't mention one in the description which was why I wondered.

Pump box, whats that all about. A box where your battery and pump go no doubt? But why? Have I missed something?

Cam someone explain the advantages of a pump box over a normal pump and controller system.

Its so they can take it out of the van in cold weather fair enough...but they are a rip off imo. I have quick release connections on my pump same result for less dosh.

Not what Ben wanted to hear  ;D, but I agree with you. The one thing about a pump box though is that he can take the whole thing out a night to charge the battery. Trouble is that its heavy to lug a distance if you have parking problems, especially if you don't have to remove it in summer.

Again quick release terminals, oh and i only have the weight of my battery to take in!

what are the advantages of a battery box again?  ;D

I will admit they look good and if i were offered a mega cheap 2nd hand one (box only) i may be tempted, but i would still only take the battery in to charge!

You caught up in the sense that you worked out what it is. If you don't have a drive they do look as though they make life a bit simpler. Also, if you ever use your van for other purposes (camping in my case) it is more convenient to remove than components screwed to the van. If you ever need to rent a van they would be very useful to be transferred quickly. There are many advantages for some people. Advantages that outweigh the higher price for some.
