been trying to set up a new website but dont want the price to pay fr it so what is the best free one to start me off

Get a wordpress site they don't cost the earth, and you will get the money back in no time at all  ;) ;)

I hear wixx are good for free ones.

With websites though its often true that you "get what you pay for"  -- very few free sites perform as they should!
