anyone use livechat for website ....Thinking could interact with potential customers live, lots of hits on site not enough conversions thought perhaps a trial of live chat could pay off ?
err indoors can monitor when we are out

Why on earth would I want to chat on line with my customers?
I can't really imagine that they would want to chat on line to me either.
And if they did want to 'chat', what would we talk about?

LOl its not for chatting to your customers its about when you get a hit on your website and catching a potential customer ( NEW ) before they move off

I clicked on a site today and up came hello can i help you i replied and got best price live ...Hence the thought

You'd need a lot of traffic to make that pay.
I'd be more inclined to spend what you would on live chat on SEO.
