I have a customer who has spilt red wine , mulled wine actualy on her kitchen floor, she would like to know if there is any possibity of removal. The problem is although the hardwood floor was sealed a number of years ago this has now worn and she thinks is soaked into the wood.
is their any chance of removal or improvment ? if so which product and method ?

We do loads of exterior wood, do you have a photo you could load-up or email me, if not do you know what wood it is? A little more the"hardwood" would be good. Our process might not work for interior floors,, mess etc but I'll try to help if I can.

It may be possible to bleach it using sodium metabisulphate or household bleach.
There is the possibility the wood has discoloured where the lacquer has worn before it had the spillage so would really need sanding to make good.
