Just a little thank you to the Impact 43 team for putting on an excellent Day 1 training in Leeds.
Seriously guys YOU NEED to attend this course. 3 months ago I would of read a post like this and said 'yeah, yeah I dont need all of that' 'Waste of time'.

It's opened my eye's and I have learnt ALOT and that's just day 1.

Thanks again.

Thankyou
It's FREE !!!!!
Does that make it worthless or better is a matter of dispute?
There are some serious and determined people getting into window cleaning now - they're getting clued up and upping their game.
I've met some of them today (that's me in the middle arms folded with missus alongside) I've learned a lot and I'm well impressed!!!!
Forewarned is Forearmed.
Give instruction to a wise man etc.........

Yippee. Thought I'd missed the boat. Missed Day 2 in Canterbury due to health problem but they phoned yesterday to say I'm still okay to catch up and finish the course.

I accept that it's not considered useful universally but I am all in favour of certifications things that some consider them 'not worth the paper ....'.

Think of all those 'common sense' things that we expect from anyone else working in and around your own property.  Not every situation appears to require it to be formal qualification to suffice. I worked for many years in Social Services at quite a high level and I can tell you now, common sense ain't all that common.
