While i'm off today was just wondering about plans for new year for my business.
Just been coasting last few years.
What is a business plan (basically)
Listing all your goals and breking them down into bite size pieces?
So for 5 years.
Would this be an example of a business plan guys?
yr 1) Build more compact round, increase hourly rate.
yr 2) get a better van and keep doing above.
yr 3) employ someone
yr 4) build another round to setup franchise.
yr 5) take over the world ;D

Speak to the business gateway (they might be Scottish but I'm sure you lowlanders will have something similar).
They are very helpful, they will tell you how to make a business plan and also if any grants are available for you. Well worth half a day out to go and speak to them.

4) Make sure i dont employ anyone as i like it on my own
5) Improve business image.
