Are you using your gas on minimum winter setting or maximum summer setting?
-
Mines on winter
minimum gas
Minimum water
-
Tiny bit above minimum, but I'm using a reasonably good flow of water. Still nice and warm, and not too risky when cleaning single glazing.

Mine works fine
-
Mine too
-
what flow rate are you using from your controler ive fiddled around and got mine at 30 seems i may be getting close but then it cuts out i think it needs fine tuning
-
Have you tried adjusting the mob on the heater that adjust the flow required for it to ignite?
-
You need to adjust the pressure on your controller I had the same problems now I have it working but the heat affects the hose lock type plastic fittings they come off after a couple of hours

See the black tape mark? That's the maximum flow my heater fires up. Any more flow and it trips. I have since added a minimum mark too.
