Interesting jobs.  Dont suppose the water tank was on Grand Designs in a London house?

Went to first job this morning for an old boy, no answer at the door. Phoned his landline, he answers 'I'll open the door for you now, young man'.
As I walk into the hall, there's some electro pop music blaring from the lounge. I was just about to say 'I'm not interrupting you having a dance, am I?', when I saw what was on the TV - dirty old bugger was sat there watching a bit of 'Babestation' daytime!

I then had to move his little table which was stacked up with about 20 porno DVDs, and couldn't help but admire his signed photos of him with a stark bollock naked Lindsay Dawn McKenzie from some snooker tournament.

So not quite 'weird' in the sense of the original post, but a strange one nonetheless.

Now I'm off for a wash..

The weirdest for me has been cleaning of carpets in an office inside a factory that is officially closed.

It looks completely derelict until inside.

They have a development lab in there. All the windows are blacked out on the building so its essentially a secret office inside an office with the lab in the very centre.

They had all the walls to the lab screened off prior to us going in to do the work.

I also quoted them for the floor inside the lab which someone actually brought a panel from the floor out to let me see but I wasnt allowed to go inside.

They are a division of a huge telecoms company. I suspect what they are developing is wireless charging based on other technologies they have development.

Poo that had been in the carpet for a week, no carers had said anything.

Guy living alone and the flat hadn't been cleaned in around 15 years

2 undiscovered deaths

5 1100 ltr sanitary bins that were compacted with nappies, sanitary towels, menstrual blood that had been there for 2 years.

For all of the above, enter Martin, The Cleaning Jesus   ;D

Jamie, anyone who can crack wireless charging for vehicles at a resonable price will make billions.
