Alright mate...
Was curious to know the outcome of your employee situation from yesterday?
What was the excuses/issues?
-
unfortunately frozen vans etc this morning got in the way this morning and had to deal with this instead of having meeting so im gonna bring them in on saturday fora chat coz were all gonna go out n drum up sum work leafletting and canvassing so itll be bit more relaxed
-
Richy you should of still had a ford mate you are just letting them get away with it now they will work 2 more days like they did. It' sounds like you don't like confrontation and look for an excuse to not do it mate
-
richy are you paying them for saturday??
-
ronnie yeah they will be paid hourly rates if they work
-
Thought you had a new job on roofs or something?
-
so you pay them to door knock even if no new work is brought in???
-
to be fair ronnie they bring a fair bit in just from working one is an ex safestyle canvasser whose pretty good at canvassing and one of the others whose worked me has proved in the past hes good too and can easily bring in ten jobs a day
and the newest one has been told to charge double on first cleans etc and always brings in new customers from working which i even find hard so he obviously confident at selling to people
-
