Been waiting since Friday for a reply form Gardiners but figured I might get my answer quicker on here.
Am looking at the 'EZ-Pure' RO Kits, but not sure which is best. when I spoke to Gardiners I told them I have tap pressure of 20psi and 80psi after the pump. I was advised that if I use the pump to have one kit but the other kit without the pump.
However, I tend to use my pump on a timer so its on for half hour and off for half hour to stop it over heating.
Which means the pressure is up and down.
So which kit is best?

I received an email from the Office about 1 hour ago and sent you a reply on the subject about 2 minutes ago - just before I saw this post!
Apologies that your query has not been dealt with sooner - I always try to deal with any technical queries that are passed on to me the same day if possible.
To answer your question:
You would need the HF5 membrane as the HF4 would not be able to cope during the 20psi cycle time whereas the HF5 will just be able to cope at this level.

Sorry it hasn't arrived yet. The order was made Wednesday evening so would not have been processed until Thursday. I'm afraid I don't have the facilities at home to check whether it went out Thursday via the next day delivery courier service or Friday. If it was Friday, you should get it on Monday. I will email the Office and ask them to check Monday morning and let you know.
Just as a side point, "next day delivery" is a description of the courier service we pay for as opposed to 2 day or longer, not that the order will be sent next day necessarily as it will be dependent on what time the order was made and the level of orders at any one point in the day.

I just assumed it was delayed due to the time of year. deliveries often slow up at Christmas. Its not a major problem as its an upgrade not a replacement.
I am still producing water but too slow to keep up with usage.

I finally got around to installing my RO today but its doing my head in.
It works fine and is producing well, but most of the John Guest fittings are leaking. Not much just a small drip from each but its enough to be annoying as i will end up with everything around the area being constantly wet.
Any ideas how to stop the problem?

Is all the pipe work that goes into the J/G fittings new ??
If its used it may help to cut off the ends of the hose to get a fresh connection.

If you could email (alex@agardiner.co.uk) me the photos I can advise how to stop this as you do not want leaks from fittings.

Alex just watched the video you put up of the ro's, just out of curiosity, why have the housings with the replaceable filters got a black cap on both ends in all the pics on the website, whereas the one in the video one has one black end to the housing?
