Another American idea to grab your money . Can anyone remember the business coach from Canada what was his name.The Americans are full of these mad ass ideas  to draw cash to your business and all the draw is cash to theirs. The minute one or two use them they stop being a draw card as they loose the appeal,be careful we might not  be the fisherman but the bait. ;) ;) ;)
