Hey everyone I have asked before with out much response, but can someone tell me if there is a print supplier of carpet cleaning [pre survey forms], completion receipts,
whats covered and whats not Legal clauses etc.etc.
Is there a carbonated pad/book that covers it ( copy for customer )I can Buy
Or does every one make there own in which case has any one got a spare copy to scan and send as an attachment covering the above and could possibly edit it when I start next week. My email itspaulmc@gmail.com
I want to look and present a professional image
So bought the domain for the name of my business but what the hell to do next??
or how do you do the next step

I think there is something available from NCCA that matches what you are looking for.

No money back, no guarantee.

NCCA NCR quote/invoice pads.
-
Don't give receipts unless they ask.
Usually only rentals and commercials.
Saying that did 156sq m showroom for
a fitted wardrobe firm and she gave me
a cheque and didn't want a receipt........ ;D

I always use the NCCA ones - I give one to the customer after my survey, but before starting the job, they include standard T&C's, and a record of the cost.

David
Do I join the NCCA or can just buy these from them
how do I get Hold of them
-
You need to be a member to get the NCR pads.
-
that would make them damned expensive receipt pads eh ?? :P
-
Yeh pretty expensive receipt pads !! £215 plus vat membership after qualifying and a two day in house training
which I would love to do,but spent £200 at Mats Cleansmart Operation in Nottingham so I'm sorry to say it
will have to wait until I bring some money instead of laying out at the moment

after 24 years in this industry...................... just about I think...
I find that there is no need to over-complicate things

My thoughts exactly Hector.
Take the cash give 'em a card and off
to next one, if they want a receipt I have
a receipt book.

So a bit of a mixed bag, what do I know! but the proper paperwork might just avoid complications
particularly for me the inexperienced new guy. but I could do without the cost right now
But hey lads thanks for your input
