Derek

Over the years I have tried them all and now we only sell what we use on a daily basis!  Essentially the metal body vacs are OK if they are staying in one location but if you travel with them they look like a Bag of S**t after a few weeks the polyprop bodies are far better.  Unlike other retailers we have the experience of actually using everything we sell and our motto is "If we don't use it then we don't sell it".  I have sold 1000's of these and indeed at least 50+ to CIU members:  I have given you links to 3 different ones below but the first one is closest to what you are looking at and don't forget those prices are retail:

I think they are about £370 inc VAT & delivery to CIU members but best to ring Tony in the office on Monday in the office for exact price as I am away until Wednesday.  I also think we are waiting for a delivery of new stock which arrives early next week as we sold about 2 months stock in the last couple of weeks due to the floods!

Hi Derek,

Go onto the Noble Express website and search for wet and dry vacuum.
They have a wet vac called an aquavalet HD55 which i have several of and use on a daily basis.
At the moment, they are £ 206 each with free delivery.
When i bought mine they were £99 delivered on a special offer, but they are still much cheaper than
what you have been looking at and the same thing with a plastic tank.
You need to watch for special offers, as offers are always changing on there.
Tim.

Doesn't look a bad vacuum for the money but if you are going to compare stuff at least compare eggs with eggs. That vac has a single 1200 watt motor and a capacity of 58 Litres.  Compared to what we sell which are 90 litres and 3400 watt triple by pass motors.  I can get vacs with a single or twin motors for less money but just don't bother because I think having a triple individual switchable by pass system gives you a greater degree of flexibility. Furthermore, and you may correct me here but I would give a vac like that a couple of hours maximum of sucking up cement / grout slurry.
