With all this sunny weather weve got at the moment making hay whilst sun shines.
So far half a day ahead and will be a day ahead by tomorrow.
Just not sure how long this good weather gonna last so trying to get it all done by end of 3rd week ... maybe some comments from customers as most of mine are monthly but will just say trying to get it all done for Christmas ;)

I'm loading the starts if the week to allow for mishaps just hope there are none.
This months is flying past.

If two of yo are a week behind and you are having to trad downstairs for want of a van with a two man setup then yo need to put your prices up by a fair amount.

im working steadily and briskly as normal.there is no way im busting a gut to get round all my work done for the 21st!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
whatever doesnt get cleaned can wait until the new year and ill have a nice 10-12 days off over xmas and not worry about it.
im helping my girlfriend out decorating her new interior design shop which will be opening in jan when i have a bit of time and i have songs to learn for a gig with a band on the 23rd!! ;D ;D ;D

Well if I were working flat out and still a week behind, with a competent assistant, assuming that I had not had time off for illness, I would have more than enough money to upgrade to a better setup that would allow me to catch up with my work. Ergo, if you are flat out and can't, you are undervaluing your service.

What's all this 21st business...? I've got jobs booked in on the 24th and will be back at it on the 27th. With comfortable starts of around 9:30 i'll still be home at the usual 3 ish.

Yep - what your saying makes perfect sense...
But in my current situation, in my employee's situation and one or two other factors, for now we shall be making do with what we got. (which for now is fine by me)

i dropped a load of messers mid Nov. who will all have dirty windows for Xmas, this offload of rubbish has allowed us to catch up on time with the loyal customer base who will all have nice clean windows on the big day. :)

Dazmond are we all missing something like a lottery win maybe . thought you already had 10 days off and just started back taking another 10 days off .

haha mike!!yep started back last thursday mate after 10 days off.i work in the rain,ice,sleet and snow though so i reckon ill have the vast majority of my work done and up to date by the 21st! ;)
im also very organised and can burn through my work very fast with a high flow rate!! :D :D
im helping girlfriend out on sundays and evenings so not interfering with my business!!i do love her though pal!! :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
