nothing matey
i was just wondering about a few things regarding immersion heaters in tanks

were did you get the fibre washer for the mechanical flange
do you find the heat doesn't travel all the way thru the tank, you end up with cold spots,if so how do you get around this
i thought i would ask you has you have installed immersions
cheers bob

all plumbers merchants should  sell the fibre washers or on e-bay   http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fibre-immersion-heater-washer-seal-2-1-4-for-copper-cylinder-tank-emmersion-htr-/270915344828?pt=UK_DIY_Materials_Plumbing_MJ&hash=item3f13d019bc

i have never had any problems with water traveling thru the tank so i have never had any cold spots
