When you're designing sites using Dreamweaver what window size do you use as it gives you various options ranging from mobile phone resolution up through laptop to high res monitor. I presume this affects how your site or pages will look online depending on what browser or screen resolution someone is using.

Use a responsive layout so that the site will work on all screens.  ;)
