can i ask what terms they were on David?

30 days?

its purely out of interest just to see how bad they were.

and just how late are they paying?

They owe me for March, May, june, july, aug, sept, oct, and Nov of this year, terms were 30 days.

I didnt mind them paying late so much as each month was relatively small amounts, it was the lack of any payment since June that bothered me.

would put a winding up order on them, see how quick they pay then.

bob

These things creep up on you now and again, 90 - 120 days is now common place in the retail world, regardless of what is on your invoice. for the last 6 weeks a director has been dealing with it, each time you get moved along the queue, you are lulled into a false sense of security.

You can impose your terms, but most would not deal with you if you persisted in being paid on time all the time.

Stand out side with a board with all your unpaid invoices and phone the local press. And tell them someone is protesting outside the bank for non payment. ;D
