Title: Chemdry- negative publicity

I went to a  Customer the other Day, It is a buisness who get there carpeted foyer area cleaned on a regular basis,when i  turned up for the appointment, they were full of some very unusual questions regarding chemicals, drying even ph levels , i was able to answer no problem, but it turned out a chemdry guy was trying to get the contract and he blasted hwe cleaning , so much soo that the clients ended up believing that i was nearly poisening them, as it worked out i retained the contract, but man was that vicious, anyone else come across this?

They have been doing this for years. They have nothing else better to say about they're over priced sevice than to slag thier competitors off :)

But thye cant be that good as I do alot of work for alot of ex-chemdry clients :) Infact, I have never heard anyone say they had a great cllean by them  ???

And there was me thinking CD dropped of the plaint doing CC!!!   well they have in my area, better watch my back or I may get another letter from there HO ;)

just carry on doing what works for you. Don't worry about anyone else. If you do a good job then the repeats will keep comin in

funny , its not only chem dry guys ,ive had on many occsions people asking many qeustions , that only carpet cleaner would use or even heard about ,9 out ten times i can turn them round to my way of thinking , mind you if have had training , 30 yrs doing it ,you will now all the answers , you easly turn them round my opening line is "so tell me whos being bullpooping you "
