gardiner pole systems sent me the wrong gooseneck . so i sent an email to say i'll keep it and can i reorder the gooseneck and alex apologised and to make amends he offered a free brush ... what a brilliant company .....would that happen anywhere else?????????

What sending the wrong part or sending a freebie ? i`d say sending the right part in the first place is a better company

we all make mistakes . it was a good gesture by alex to make amends .... who else would do that.?? ionics maybe, i doubt it

i really like them too , my 25foot slx going very strong a year now , and i have been battering it everyday,never spoke to alex thou i heard he wasnt always there, so did he actually call you back himself, but yes thats very nice of them!!

Ionics sent me a commercial head when I'd ordered a domestic.
Sent the right bit next day and said to keep the wrong bit.
About £100 standalone!

ionics sent me a free pole worth 400 when my grafter broke three times in a row.

poles not great ,systems and customer service excellent .
