As long as there's a decent days work on offer I don't mind where my work is!
The farthest I travel so far is approx. 35miles  :)

approx 4 miles radius 95% of the time.

Did do a 40 mile round trip this morning though to do commercial internals for 4 hours then back to my patch to do a handful of residentials

I never go collecting mate - my slips have all my payment details on - anyone who owes gets a text before the next clean with instructions to either pay online or leave the money/chq out - no payment no clean
Most customers that I've texted/called for money are usually very apologetic for forgetting and pay up

Must admit, offering online banking options has been excellent for me

No mate - my slips have my sort code and account number for my business account - and I also ask them when they make an online payment - PayPal or bank transfer -  to include their address as a reference

Nothing complicated  :)

On line works great.paypal costs money.
Plus, helps cash flow.
Custys sends cheque takes 2 days in post, then I bank end of the week, few more days, and then 3 days to clear......
On line really does help cash flow.
